Q.   Why are the prices not listed on the site?

A.   www.puppiaus.com is a wholesale only site and pricing/ordering information is only available to registered users.

Q.   How do I become a registered user?

A.   First you will need to register on our site with a valid email address and email/fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate to 201-373-0059 or sales@puppiaus.com. Upon verification and approval, you will receive an email from us, and then you will be able to log in and order from our site.

Q.  I’m not a retailer/distributor; I am just a consumer. How do I go about purchasing your products?

A.  You may search for a retailer in your area by checking our "find a store" link. If you do not see a store near you, your next best option is to search for an online store through a search engine.

Q.   How do I become a distributor for your products?

A.   Puppia Int’l currently serves the US and Canada, as well as some countries in Central and South America. Regardless of your region, if you are interested in distributorship of Puppia^® and/or Pinkaholic^® New York products, please contact us at sales@puppiaus.com and we will direct you to the right department.

Q.   How will I know that my ordered has been processed?

A.   Usually we ship your order within 2-3 business days. Tracking and payment information will be sent to the email address you provided us. You will receive two separate emails: one from UPS Quantum View (if the order shipped via UPS) and another email from our credit card processing company stating the total amount charged as well as the last 4 digits of the credit card used in the transaction.

Q.   I signed up for an account a long time ago. Can you send my log in information?
A.   Puppiaus.com is a brand new site which offers Puppia^® as well as Pinkaholic^® New York products. If you signed up and ordered products from Puppia World, that information is no longer valid, and you will need to register and set up an account with us in order to carry our products.
