General Requirements
 
·          No minimum order required
·          You must have a pet industry related business
·          Copy of your State's Reseller Certificate is required
·          Advance payment for all orders
 
Payment Method
 
·          Credit card payment accepted : VISA / MASTER / DISCOVER
·          COD (Money Order only – additional $9.00 charge)
·          Personal or Company checks accepted (orders will be shipped once check clears)
 
Shipping & Handling
·          All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (expedited services available at additional cost – please email sales@puppiaus.com to inquire about these services)
·          Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
·          Orders under $500.00 incur $5 handling fee (in addition to shipping charges – actual UPS published rates)
·          Backorders are cancelled unless notified.
 
Drop Ship (UPDATED - NEW DROPSHIP POLICY)
·          Dropship accounts will be required to deposit $300.00 at time of account set-up
·          All Dropship orders incur a fee of $5.00 per order plus shipping & handling
·          Payments will be deducted from the deposit and when account is depleted, deposit will be required again
·          Images of products may not be used without prior written authorization
 
Discount
·          Handling Fee is waived for orders exceeding $500.00
·          10% off all orders exceeding $3,000.00 / 15% off exceeding $5,000.00 / 20% off exceeding $10,000.00
 
Return Policy                                                                                    
                                                                                                              
·          Please inspect your items upon receipt as returns are only accepted for defected items.
·          Defected items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in the original and unused condition.
·          All returns must have an RA # which can be obtained by calling 201-373-0059. Once the RA # is issued, please make sure to indicate it on the package for accurate processing.
·          All Seasonal items such as Christmas items are not returnable.
·          If any of these requirements are not met, a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on the original purchase price.
 
Exchange Policy
 
·          Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery, assuming items are in the original and unused condition.
·          Defected items can be exchanged for the same items or your account may be credited for the next purchase.
·          For exchange, please return the original item once RA # is issued.  
·          Exchanged items will not be delivered before your new purchase order is placed.
·          If any of these requirements are not met or in case of exchange for a different item than the original one, a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on the original purchase price.
