These terms apply to all distributors, dealers, resellers, and retailers of
Puppia®, Pinkaholic® New York, and Catspia® products in the US and Canada.

General Requirements
- Minimum order: $100
- Must operate a pet-related business
- Valid reseller certificate or business license required
- All orders require advance payment
- No eBay, auction, or marketplace sellers allowed
- Online retailers must be pre-approved
Payment Methods
- Credit cards: Visa / MasterCard / Amex
- Company checks (ship after clearance)
- No credit terms available
Shipping & Handling
- Ships via UPS Ground or USPS
- Expedited shipping available upon request
- Free shipping on orders of $500+
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Backorders may be cancelled unless confirmed
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted only for defective items
- Must be returned within 30 days in unused condition
- Wrong shipments will be exchanged at our expense
- Customer error exchanges are allowed (customer pays shipping)
- RA number required (call 201-773-6300)
- Seasonal items are non-returnable
- 20% restocking fee may apply if conditions are not met
